Our Charges
We at Homecure have a clear and easy policy on charging when it comes to using our plumbing services in London, we don’t charge you a call out fee and we don’t charge by the hour (except for drain unblocking). We have a set price of £59 which covers the cost of a small job (with no materials). If the problem can be remedied without any materials in a reasonable amount of time you will not be charged any further costs. If the problem cant be rectified in a reasonable amount of time with or without materials our engineers will try to give you a solid price of the total cost involved to complete the job before going ahead with any works. This price will include the original £59 quoted price. This way you are fully informed of the price from start to finish and wont be hit with an unexpected bill. Jobs booked after 5pm Monday – Friday and before 8am Monday – Friday and weekends are put up to £75. Due to the unpredictability of unblocking drains we cant give you a set price and therefore charge on a time basis

Set rates:
Manual Rodding Drains:
- Office hours – £39 per half hour
- Out of hours – £59 per half hour
High Pressure Jetting:
- Office hours – £69 per half hour
- Out of hours – £79 per half hour
Gas Safety Certificate:
- £75 for 2 appliance’s and £20 for each thereafter – Any open flue’d appliance is + £45
Boiler Service -
- Office hours – £75
- Out of hours – £110
Powerflushing:
- £ 399 up to 8 radiators. £ 49 per radiator there after.
You wont be charged for the congestion charge but we may pass on the cost of parking
All rates and prices are subject to 20% VAT
